Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of campaigns, content rollouts, digital touchpoints, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all initiatives from festive campaigns to email flows and product launches are executed smoothly, on time, and on brand.
This is a key support role with visibility across the full marketing funnel: social media, CRM, paid ads, partnerships, e-commerce, brand activations, and content strategy.
Support end-to-end execution of monthly marketing campaigns (festive, product launches, gifting moments)
Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure timely rollout
Manage internal timelines, asset folders, and cross-functional calendars
Assist in creating campaign deck

, moodboards, and competitor benchmarks
Liaise with printers, vendors, media partners when needed
Content & Social Support
Work alongside the Content team to ensure daily/weekly content aligns with campaign objectives
Draft post captions, email subject lines, and social copy when needed
Prepare and update content planners, scheduling sheets, and platform trackers
Help QC visuals/copy to ensure brand consistency
CRM & Retention
Support monthly CRM reporting (email open rates, clicks, conversion, etc.)
Coordinate with the retention team on EDM scheduling, segmentation, and loyalty campaigns
Help maintain CRM calendars and track email performance
Suggest opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase touchpoints
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for marketing initiatives
Support A/B test result summaries, performance analysis, and optimisation suggestions
Pull key learnings from past campaigns to inform upcoming strategies
Job Requirements
2-4 years of marketing or brand executive experience (F&B, retail, lifestyle, or DTC preferred)
Strong project management and coordination abilities
Basic working knowledge of:
Canva / Adobe Suite
Meta Business Suite
Klaviyo / Mailchimp or any CRM tools
Google Sheets / Docs / Slides
Confident in writing simple copy for posts, emails, or marketing decks
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of time and ownership
Passionate about local brands, desserts, food culture, or lifestyle content
Good-to-Have Skills
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
Experience with influencer outreach and KOL coordination
Understanding of email marketing flows (welcome, post-purchase, retention)
Eye for design and aesthetic alignment with brand tone
Experience working across departments (e.g. ops, design, sales)
