Purpose of this Function: We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our Malaysian Marketing Team. You will play a significant role in executing the marketing plans and strategies to grow the company\xe2\x80\x99s revenue streams and clients base. You will work closely with sales, marketing and production teams to localise and implement the marketing campaigns (online & offline). This is to generate top quality leads and market information to develop the sales pipeline and help in achieving revenue goals. Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and implement content creation process including translation, editing, planning, and publishing related content for all media platforms, including but not limited to website content, landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, brochures and so forth \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify industry trends and customers\xe2\x80\x99 insights to implement a comprehensive content strategy and calendar aligned with the business objectives and the marketing activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in organising and participating in online & offline events to build community and boost brand awareness \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and develop the relationships with KOLs, influencers \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, create and run different types of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Social Media \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for participating in part or whole marketing campaigns, implement the localised marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive the sales pipeline \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimise existing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making solutions and make continuous improvements to on-going campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the wider team Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing professional services, Banking, Fintech or similar fields \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in Marketing and Advertising, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use gathered data to create decision-making solutions and to drive continuous improvement on ongoing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have good communication skills in English and local language (Bahasa Malaysia) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and knowledge of Marketing, especially in Digital Marketing, online advertisement & social media is necessary. Previous experience in Content Creation preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with a creative mind \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced working on financial products, investment or trading will be considered as an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. Experience in Hubspot will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as email, social media, and paid advertising \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive, competence, highly organised, pro-active and a willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
