Duties and Responsibilities:
- To communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Attend to all counselling cases as well as oversee, develop and enhance the counselling services.
- Attend to customer feedback, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards.
- Participate in product training.
- Develop marketing strategies such as:
- Plan and prepare list/ report of school visits.
- Plan and prepare list/ report of education fair and/ or exhibition.
- Plan, prepare and liaise with MARCOM on social media campaigns.
- Maintain potential customer database and prepare reports.
Provide adequate support and care to students as well to student recruitment agents. - KPI - recruit student number minimum 5 active students per month.
