• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the customer service industry or relevant MLM are an added advantage.
• We are looking for someone with proficiency in written and communication skills in Mandarin as this role require to support Mandarin speaking customers & distributors.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company\'s guidelines.
• Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as requested or required.
• Possess own transportation and are willing to outstation

• Able to provide wellness and nutritional advise effectively to individuals like walk-in customers and online inquiries.
• Plan & conduct regular health talk, product training, seminars to dealers & end consumers.
• Assist in New Product Development & Marketing activities of the company.
• Ensure and undertake all other related duties and ad-hoc functions in the most effective and efficient manner.

• Basic Salary RM2,800 - RM4,000
