Job Description

Your role as a marketing executive will be developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the clinic\'s services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. You will be overseeing various marketing activities such as advertising, social media management, event planning, and collateral creation, all aimed at enhancing the clinic\'s brand presence and driving business growth in the aesthetic industry.

• Develop and implement a strategic advertising and media budget to maximise our clinic\'s exposure within our target areas. Your expertise will ensure excellent value for money while effectively promoting our services.
• Oversee the development of media plans, analysing their impact and value for money. You\'ll have a keen eye for selecting the right channels to reach our target audience and optimise our marketing efforts.
• Manage the execution of advertising and promotion deliverable, both online and offline. From internal and external communications to pre and post-event marketing, you\'ll ensure our messages are compelling and aligned with our brand identity.
• Take charge of designing, managing, and producing all marketing campaigns and promotion activities for the clinic. Your creativity will shine as you develop captivating visuals and engaging content to attract and retain our valued clients.
• Develop marketing materials that align with the unique needs and offerings of our clinic. From brochures to digital assets, you\'ll create compelling collateral that showcases our expertise and services.
• Create an annual marketing plan that aligns with the clinic\'s objectives and needs. By drilling down specific marketing initiatives by month, you\'ll ensure our efforts are well-organised and effectively drive growth.
• Maintain consistency in corporate graphic standards to uphold our professional and cohesive brand image.
• Efficiently manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and associations for advertising, promotion, and sponsorship opportunities. Your collaboration will enhance our visibility and establish valuable partnerships.
• Handle all communications aspects of Public Relations, leveraging your skills to establish positive relationships with key stakeholders and enhance our clinic\'s reputation.

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certification in marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field, demonstrating your expertise in marketing, communication, presentation, forward thinking, and analytic skills.
• Candidates who are passionate and experienced in aesthetic field will be an advantage.
