Job Description

:

• To meet the marketing objectives set by the company.
• Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers.
• Visit potential dealers/customers to identify their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Work together with the Credit Analyst to ensure accurate risk assessment and adherence to analysis.
• Obtain complete documentation from customers for their applications and coordinate with credit administration for agreement preparation.
• Actively promote products and services to improve the company\'s reputation and business performance.
• Submit loan applications, review them, request additional documents if necessary, and follow up on the completion of paperwork for disbursement.
• Examine and appeal cases that have been returned or rejected by the credit department.
• Sustain customer relationships and enhance the value of products and services in future interactions.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints to ensure high service quality standards are met by the company.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field of study.
• Recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of marketing experience in any industry.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in spoken Chinese is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
