• Able to read, write and converse in English and Mandarin; Proficient in BM is optional
• Able to work independently & handle tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing as required by the role

• Counseling and assisting students to make good decisions to university;
• Develop and strengthen counseling services;
• Follow up on student status;
• Handle student and parent feedback, to maintain our service standards;
• Maintain student database;
• Handles all office administrative matters.

• To document and implement local and online marketing plan / budget;
• Handling and conducting online and offline sales and marketing campaigns such as virtual recruitment events, presentations & etc;
• Identify new market segments;
• Obtain and update market intelligence;
• To raise awareness of the Edu4U brand.
