The Executive, Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company's marketing and communication activities to support sales objectives and enhance brand presence. This includes market research, campaign development, stakeholder coordination, and event management within the property development sector.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the company's corporate and strategic goals and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support the sales team.
Plan and manage marketing efforts across suitable channels, focusing on effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare, monitor, and control the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties such as advertising agencies, printers, model makers, and 3D visualisation providers.
Liaise with media partners (print, electronic, and digital) for public relations needs.
Work with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licences.
Propose, coordinate, and execute promotional events, launches, and exhibitions.
Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Stay updated on property and marketing trends through research, surveys, and competitive benchmarking.
Conduct market surveys and research to inform strategy.
Collaborate with other departments to provide marketing support where needed.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
Minimum 2 years' experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within real estate or property development.
Strong understanding of local markets with in-depth knowledge of the property industry to drive and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Proactive, resourceful, and experienced in managing end-to-end marketing activities.
Pleasant personality with strong leadership, independence, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
