Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

who not only creates content but also connects with clients, prepares proposals, and plays a key role in building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Design visuals (Canva or similar) and edit short-form videos. Example : CapCut Manage day-to-day social media accounts: posting, engaging with followers, and responding to messages Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and present agency solutions Assist in preparing marketing proposals and presentations for clients Support campaign planning and execution with the internal team Track social media performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and reach Keep up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply) Prior experience in social media marketing or client servicing is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail Basic design (Canva) and video editing skills required Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable meeting clients) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage) Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
