Job Description

Main Duties:

1.Plan, strategize and execute all social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

2.Develop creative content for regular scheduled posts, which enlightens audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

3.Set up, monitor, and prepare monthly report for Meta Ads including leads generation, messenger ads, engagement ads etc.

4.Identify trends and insights, ways to optimize spending and performance based on the insights.

5.Proficient in influencer marketing, create comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness

and engagement. Monitor the content and analyze the effectiveness of the campaign.

6.Assist in planning, managing, and implementing all operational aspects of events.

7.Coordinate with internal creative team and external agency/vendor.

8.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

1. Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post

2. Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
