Job Description

1. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness through digital platforms, social media, PR communication, etc. 2. Responsible for content creation including design concept and copywriting for related marketing collaterals. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials that support their effort in promoting our products and services. 4. Assist in retail planogram and merchandising. 5. Management and maintenance of retailer toolkits (e.g., POP, POSM, marketing collaterals, etc.) 6. Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and product development. 7. Analyse marketing metrics and prepare reports that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights for future campaigns. 8. Coordinate with business development and sales teams to ensure that promotional efforts align with product launch timelines and sales objectives. 9. Develop trade displays (POSMs) and merchandising guides. 10. Manage vendor relationships, including agencies, retail branches, and others to ensure quality deliverables and efficient project management. 11. Analyse different product/marketing campaigns\xe2\x80\x99 performance, for improved future campaign planning. 12. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth. 13. To develop engaging, creative, innovative content, and campaigns based on current trends. 14. Planning, initiating, and executing online marketing campaigns including emails, SMS, and on social media platforms. 15. Undertake other special assignments, and ad-hoc jobs/projects as and when required by the management from time to time.
