Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for leading the performance of marketing team. Job Responsibilities

• You will lead and manage the performance marketing team consisting of 3-5 performance of Junior Marketer\xe2\x80\x94your core responsibilities include owning and overseeing the performance\xe2\x80\x99s growth, reviewing tasks, coaching, and mentoring while ensuring collaboration across departments
• Responsible to achieved sales target
• Provide constructive feedback to junior marketer during performance reviews by identifying their highlights as well as improvement areas
• Empower junior marketer with the necessary skills and resources to independently spearhead performance-related conversations with clients
• Able to achieved daily, weekly and monthly sales target

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
