Job Description

There will be an approximately 35% brand marketing and 65% trade marketing activities for the assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and target audience, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.

Content Creation:

Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our premium positioning.

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to drive marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional events, and seasonal collections, measuring their effectiveness and ROI.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, designers, and industry professionals to enhance brand exposure and reach.

Customer Engagement:

Foster relationships with customers through personalized communication and engagement strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury or home interior sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design. Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
