REACT DIGI is looking for a marketing-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on marketing planning, campaign management, and growth strategy--helping us generate leads, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company growth goals (lead generation, brand awareness, partnership marketing).
Manage digital marketing campaigns and content calendars across channels (website, social media, email/EDM, paid ads as needed).
Coordinate marketing materials and assets (case studies, proposals deck support, service sheets, landing pages) with internal teams.
Track marketing performance and prepare reports (leads, conversion metrics, channel performance); turn data into actionable recommendations.
Support website content updates and basic SEO planning (content structure, keyword themes, on-page improvement suggestions).
Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning, messaging, and campaign ideas.
Coordinate with sales/business development to manage lead follow-up workflow (lead tracking, CRM updates, pipeline visibility).
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience (digital marketing, content, growth, or B2B marketing experience is a plus).
Good understanding of marketing channels and basic analytics concepts (e.g., engagement, conversion rate, CPL/CPA).
Comfortable creating marketing documents and reports using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; strong spreadsheet skills is a plus.
