Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to inform marketing strategies. 2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services. Work with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans. 3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. 4. Brand Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company\'s brand image. Ensure that all marketing materials and activities align with the brand guidelines. 5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and website management. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to enhance online presence. 6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. 7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently across different marketing channels. 8. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives. 9. Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in sales and/or marketing Ability to create engaging content and collaterals Proficient in managing social media platforms Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
