Job Description


We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on strategy planning, execution, and analysis. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing strategies and delivering impactful results that support our overall business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy Planning and Execution

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audiences (healthcare providers, ministries of health, regulators, accreditations bodies, others), their needs, and healthcare challenges; to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with internal team to translate complex healthcare topics into compelling narratives and messaging.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategy aligned with our mission and key goals. Marketing strategies would be tuned to customer types (segmentation) and at country level (across Asia Pacific).
  • Create and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, public relations, and events that aligns with company objectives.
  • Manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Plan and participate in internal and external company organized workshops, seminars, roadshows, or exhibitions.
  • Ensure all marketing and branding activities align with company policies and corporate branding.
  • Create platforms to generate business leads for the business development consultants
Content Creation
  • Develop insightful and captivating contents such as infographics, testimonies, article summaries, or write-ups that highlight company objectives and activities.
  • Share industry insights and thought leadership pieces related to healthcare trends.
  • Engage in relevant industry discussions and online communities, sharing company\xe2\x80\x99s expertise and perspective.
  • Partner with other organization for cross-promotional content and increased reach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials.
  • Create forms or surveys to gather audience insights and update marketing strategy.
  • Celebrate team achievements and individual contributions to showcase ECRI\xe2\x80\x99s employees.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company marketing assets (flyers, banners, equipment etc) and social media accounts
  • Support public relations activities or company events, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing tools and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Marketing role, preferably from a healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of strategic planning experience.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in either marketing, media (branding or communication), MBA in healthcare management; or related qualifications.
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Ability to travel (within Malaysia and abroad) required.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, responsible, and accountable.
