Job Details
- Prepare project/event proposals for client. 
- Prepare relevant approval documents for project/event proposals. 
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination 
 of the department's activities. 
- Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its 
 availability in line with the requirements for each project. 
- Manage & update spreadsheets, databases, sales report, inventories or equivalent. 
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required by superior. 
- Occasional outstation required
