Kelayakan

• At least 3 years\' experience in marketing or related field.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing.
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor\'s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and implement content creation process including translation, editing, planning, and publishing related content for all media platforms, including website content, landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, brochures and so forth.
• Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Identify industry trends and customers\' insights to implement a comprehensive content strategy and calendar aligned with the business objectives and the marketing activities.
• Organizing and participating in online & offline events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Responsible for participating in part or whole marketing campaigns, implement the localized marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive the sales pipeline.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
• Monitor and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive
• Decision-making solutions and make continuous improvements to on-going campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and share knowledge and best practices with the wider team.
• Plan and coordinate events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
