Job Description




Our client is the fastest growing F&B firm from Thailand. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion in Malaysia, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to be their Marketing Executive. You are expected to drive the creative development process for all company communications including own media, agency management, briefing, production, print, photography with a good copy writer skill set with the ability to create and adapt tone of voice relevant to the audience whilst working within the brand style. This role requires candidate to be digitally savvy, able to harness the digital environment to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign, Communication, and PR plan management

  • Online marketing campaign is one of our key pillars, you will lead a strategic marketing communications plan both online and offline including budgets and timeline management to meet the business strategic goals.
  • Analyst sales, market, consumer research and brand analysis to create and manage marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing executives and agencies for the execution level.
  • Proceed branding and marketing communication enhancement and improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness and value added on media spending.
  • Conduct communication monthly report.
Marketing material execution
  • Be creative is our core value, you will work closely with internal team to create effective creativity for digital & integrated marketing communications to meet the strategy and business goals.
  • Content-driven execution, we highly suggest you use as much as possible data or insights to generate an effective content marketing across relevant channels.
  • Working in conjunction with agency, production house, content creator to generate a marketing content.
  • Be the lead for brand properties, managing updates and communications through owned channels.
Digital Marketing management
  • Be the digital brand experts, creating and developing content that fits the brand essence and digital space.
  • Create and manage online content calendar and optimized agreed boost advertising budget.
  • Manage all digital touchpoints across brands platform; Ensuring digital efforts are optimized, relevant and targeted to the right consumer segments.
  • Responsible for online advertising optimization regarding the given KPI.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Marketing-related or advertising/media agency roles
  • Strong communication skills in BM and English
  • Proficient analytical skills for financial and operational analyses
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, outlook)
  • Travel within Malaysia especially Klang Valley
