Who we\'re looking for We\'re looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and work with us to drive brand awareness, reach, engagement, and sales revenue through TikTok Affiliate Marketing and other Social Media platforms for the Singapore and Malaysia markets in alignment with the company\'s growth targets. You\'ll be an important part of our core team and have first-hand experience and exposure at a rapidly growing consumer startup in Southeast Asia. Core Responsibilities TikTok Affiliate & Influencer Marketing (45%) (5%) Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to achieve sales and brand KPIs. (40%) Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, onboard and manage relationships with high-performing affiliate/creator accounts and partnerships on TikTok or other channels. (10%) Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok affiliate marketing or influencer marketing campaigns, including budget management. (5%) ROI Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, focusing on total reach and other key performance metrics. Generate regular reports to demonstrate the performance of TikTok affiliate campaigns and other initiatives. Social Media Marketing (45%) (5%) Develop a social media content calendar in line with the company\'s marketing objectives, track and analyze social media KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness or change strategies as necessary. (20%) Grow our social media reach, brand awareness, and shopper traffic through ideation and creation of highly engaging and memorable brand & product video/static content on key social platforms (e.g IG, TikTok, XHS etc.) across Sinagpore and Malaysia and potentially other markets (5%) Actively respond and engage with followers and the community across multiple social media platforms Other Marketing initiatives (10%) Work with teams across the organization to execute integrated marketing campaigns across a wide range of sales & marketing channels that will drive brand awareness, brand love, and induce product trial and repeat usage Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing Good written and verbal communication skills, and a team player Organized & highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight by thinking outside the box Relevant experience in Consumer Goods, Ecommerce, or Social Media industry will be an advantage
