Job Summary

The

Marketing Executive

supports the company's marketing activities across both digital and offline channels. This role involves assisting in marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, managing social media content, and helping with events and exhibitions to ensure consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Coordination & Support

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and designers to ensure smooth execution and quality materials. Provide creative input for showroom and warehouse events and maintain organised campaign records.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Plan and schedule content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Support social media engagement and monitor post performance. Assist in coordinating digital ad campaigns and compiling basic analytics reports.

3. Branding & Communication Support

Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials. Support in preparing promotional content and liaising with media partners or suppliers.

4. Reporting & Market Insights

Collect marketing data and analyse performance, prepare reports, and conduct basic market and competitor research to support business decisions.

5. In-Store & Event Marketing (Support Role)

Support showroom and warehouse promotions, exhibitions, and in-store activities. Coordinate event materials and gather feedback or visuals for post-event reports.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. 1- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields (internship experience accepted). Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. Willing to travel occasionally for showroom events or marketing activities.
