Job Scope :
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote company products or services.
Manage social media accounts - create engaging content, monitor performance, and respond to messages or comments.
Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including events, roadshows, and digital ads.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Work with the sales team to support sales strategies and achieve targets.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Assist in product launches, PR activities, and partnership programs.
Maintain database of leads, contacts, and marketing performance records.
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions).
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
