Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing professional (Executive to Manager level, depending on experience) to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across our retail and F&B businesses. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong market insight, and proven experience in driving both customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, footfall, and sales. Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives (social media, content creation, paid ads, email marketing). Coordinate events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to attract customers. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends. Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Lead and mentor junior team members (for Manager role).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
