Support the planning and execution of marketing and business development strategies in line with company goals.
Build and maintain relationships with shopping malls and retail partners to secure retail store, prime location for fairs, pop-ups, and roadshows.
Coordinate with external parties such as media, journalists, and PR agencies to release press materials to manage brand image. Liaise with vendor to manage advertising spaces and billboards to maintain consistent brand presence.
Identify and explore new retail channels, promotional opportunities, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing events, product launches, and branding initiatives.
Manage marketing collaborations and co-branding activities with well-known F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Conduct market research to monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Prepare marketing reports, partnership updates, and post-event evaluation report for continuous improvement.
Able to utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, Canva) to support proposal writing, content creation, data insights, and process improvements.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, marketing ideally in FMCG or retail sectors.
Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with shopping mall operations, retail marketing, and public relations is a strong advantage.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
Willing to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
