Tanggungjawab

• Support the Marketing Team in delivering the annual marketing plan through the production of materials and activities.
• Artwork: Provide creative input into the design process and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure production is brand-compliant.
• Social Media/Website: Raise awareness, promote the brand, and drive leads to social media/website through online campaigns.
• SEO/SEM: Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic to the business and increase sales.
• Admin/Customer Service: Drive customer engagement across various channels, including social media, website, emails, WhatsApp, events, advertising, and PR. Handle customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Events: Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Sales: Assist in handling customer orders via online and offline channels.
• Provide support to the Marketing and Sales Department.
