Key Requirement:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms including
Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok
.
Assist in the creation and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-consistent content (graphics, videos, captions).
Draft and schedule social media posts aligned with clients' marketing calendars and brand strategies.
Conduct market and trend research to propose new content ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
Support client communication, ensuring timely delivery of marketing plans, reports, and updates.
Assist in developing marketing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
Monitor social media analytics and prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness.
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rate, and ROI.
Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights.
Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall campaign coherence and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred).
Familiarity with
social media platforms and tools
: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta Business Suite.
Basic understanding of
