1. Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field
• 1-3 years of marketing or content-related experience (experience in interior design / renovation is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail, creativity, and responsibility

2. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategies
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar tools
• Creative and able to produce engaging content aligned with brand identity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good coordination and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of online advertising (Facebook Ads / IG Ads) is an advantage
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and time management

1. Social Media & Content Management

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including short videos, graphics, and posts
• Plan monthly content calendars and maintain brand consistency
• Increase engagement, reach, and online visibility

2. Branding & Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
• Coordinate photo/video shoots with designers and project teams
• Manage online advertisements (Facebook Ads, IG Ads) and monitor campaign performance
• Support event marketing and brand activation initiatives

3. Market Research

• Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Compile data and provide actionable insights for marketing improvements

4. Lead Handling & Customer Inquiry Support

• Respond to inquiries from social media and advertising platforms
• Record customer details and pass leads to the sales or design team
• Ensure timely and professional responses to potential clients

5. Portfolio & Content Support

• Assist in organizing project photos, site documentation, and completed project showcases
• Update and maintain company portfolio and marketing materials
• Support creative content development across all channels
