Responsibilities *Assist in the superior in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Establish market position, product market fit. *Consistently conduct market survey, analyses customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis. Provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies. *Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers to propose marketing strategies that boost sales. *Liaise with creative agencies, consultants, vendors and government agencies / authorities to produce the desired results in product development and innovation. Liaise with panel bankers & valuers for application of pricing updates. *Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales promotions / launches. *Timely submission of marketing budget and monitoring of advertising & promotional expenditure is within approved budget provision. *Coordinate and organize sales launches and promotional events / roadshow / group exhibition. *Prepare project\xe2\x80\x99s handover kit and other relevant documents with property management team. *Timely submission of APDL. NAPIC, Bumi quota release and another mandatory follow-up submission to KPKT and other relevant parties. *Develop comprehensive network of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s contact and work closely with cost-efficient vendors. *Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and provide selling support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition whenever needed. *Provide post mortem analysis and feedback on project launches / exhibition /roadshow etc. *To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Requirements *Diploma in Marketing/ Business Related Field or Degree in Marketing/ Business Related Field *Min.2 years in Property Marketing *Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word & Power Point *Google SEO, Display and Discover *Facebook Target Marketing *Property Insights *Leads Management Software *Resourceful, Multitask, Negotiation, Good Communication *Strategy Planning & Executing
