• A bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or any related.
• A minimum of 3 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Having PR skills will add some advantages

Tanggungjawab

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Responsible for getting new leads through Open Booth, FB Ads and other methods
• Have a general basic in Retail / Fashion Marketing
• New leads count VS Company New Leads Target
• Good in contributing ideas to Marketing Campaigns
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define target audiences
• Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies
• Coordinating promotional activities, events, and interviews
• Compiling all new leads from company social media platforms to customer relationship management ( RM) system
• Assisting in monitoring the budgets of the Marketing Department
• Managing social media campaigns
• Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns
• Work with influencers or KOLs to gain more new leads
