Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote diploma, professional, and short-term training programs.
Create engaging content for brochures, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
Organize promotional events such as open days, webinars, and career fairs.
Identify and approach potential sponsors for training programs.
Prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to corporate CSR and HR development goals.
Maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and funding agencies.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and target demographics.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal reach and ROI.
Work closely with academic departments, admissions, and external vendors.
Coordinate with media outlets and advertising agencies for campaign execution.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing educational or training programs.
Proven track record in securing sponsorships or partnerships.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the education and training sector, especially diploma and professional programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM platforms).
Creative thinking and strong project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with colleges, universities, or training providers.
Familiarity with government grants, CSR funding, or HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) sponsorships.
