Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. Your role includes but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and boost sales.
Collaborate closely with tenants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless implementation of marketing activities.
Manage external partners to meet quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Provide assistance to tenants and vendors on marketing and promotional matters.
Help manage the mall's loyalty program, including member engagement, redemption activities, and campaign support.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role; experience in shopping mall or retail marketing is preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities
