Drive change to enhance operation efficiency, productivity and ensure excellent service standards for business growth Monitoring and coordinating sales targets and objectives for the brand in tandem with the company\'s vision Plan, compile, prepare and analyze reports. Support sales and wholesalers/ distributors on products marketing programs, encompassing marketing programs targeted at our customers and consumers. Propose to management any new brands / market / distribution opportunities Ability to comprehend P&L and seek opportunities to drive cost efficiency within the strategies and plans developed Develop the quarterly & yearly brand marketing campaign and activities to meet overall brand marketing plan objectives and drive the sales growth. Execute and oversee the brand marketing campaign by working with agencies and/or with the internal marketing team within the dateline and budget across selected channels and touchpoints through offline/online platform. Plan and manage the brand marketing campaign content and media buy offline and/or online to ensure the campaign effectiveness with excellent ROI Develop and implement digital marketing strategy and campaign across all platforms - web, social media, google, etc. Manage and grow e-commerce platforms. Other responsibility as assigned from time to time Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Degree in Marketing or Business studies from a recognized institution Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven record in a reputable branded FMCG industry Able to manage brands profit & loss Have a good knowledge of FMCG products Excellent written and oral communication skills Good presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities also critical to the success of this role Leadership skills a must to lead and develop brand/marketing executives and sales supervisors.
