Competency Requirement

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Have a good eye for detail Mature, resourceful, responsible, and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity
• Strong social media knowledge
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage
• Candidates with passion for beauty/personal care/FMCG preferred

Qualification Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in the marketing/advertising & promotions/media management industry is added advantage
• Proficient in MS-office and knowledge in Adobe is required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Tanggungjawab

Principal Accountabilities

Marketing Communications, Campaigns & Activities (30% Weightage)

• Ideation and conceptualization for recruitment campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic in-store
• Liaise with multiple teams and departments to ensure communications are rolled out on a timely manner
• Support trade launch events
• Collaboration with key market players to increase reach and awareness: 1 collaboration per quarter

Social Media Marketing (40% Weightage)

• Assist in sharing monthly social media focus based on marketing plans to Social Agency/Content Creators
• Creating monthly content which includes photography and copywriting
• Assist in ensuring that brand and product info are accurate from the content created by Social Agency/Content Creators
• Manage and co-ordinate B2C consumer enquiries from all social media platforms
• Monitoring of influencer and media posts on our brands (to repost on our platforms)
• Documentation for co-op support
• Social Media Report

PR (30% Weightage)

• Assist in influencer marketing and co-ordinating influencer outreach programmes (to be updated with influencers relevant to our brands) PR Box sourcing, packing and delivery to influencers and media
• Assist in organising and following up on arrangements for PR launch events
• Assist in organising PR award media buys
• Co-ordinate incoming media enquiries and assist in creating and distributing press releases
• Update PR Reports
• Update PR Awards List
• Documentation and PR Clippings for Jane Iredale co-op support
