Job Description

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in marketing preferably in Retail or any related field.
• Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Work location : Kampung Baru Subang HQ, Selangor.
• Required Skill(s) : Strong computer skills and online applications.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Possess a good problem solving attitude and able to multitask with minimum supervision.
• Good team player and mature in dealing with people at all levels.
• Able to meet tight deadlines set by the Company.

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities including advertising, promotional activities, etc.
• Seek advertising opportunities in media channels and place advertisements in social media appropriate to the product and/or service.
• Evaluates and reviews marketing and sales reports compiled by Marketing Clerks.
• Conduct survey and analysis on external market news and trends, brand awareness, competitor activities, industry reports and other relevant information to improve marketing and sales performance.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to the Marketing Manager.
• Analyse, develop and implement effective promotion programs in line with the Company strategy to achieve planned sales.
• Assist manager on building and enhancing brand awareness, brand image and positioning in the market by taking part in semiconductor exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses within approved budget
• Supervise and participate in sales events.
• Support at outlet for the during new outlet opening and open counter for registration of membership card.
• Assist in all projects where relevant within the marketing department.
• Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Management.
