  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Experience in Social Media Postings is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Experience in the printing industry is an added advantage.
  • Possess good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Good verbal and written proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understanding consumer preferences.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
  • Working with the sales team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to senior management.
  • Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools.
  • Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, print collaterals), exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Initiating and controlling surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Writing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.).
  • Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
