Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic photography skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic graphic design tasks.
• Experience coordinating events and managing vendors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for fitness and familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
1. Event Marketing & Coordination

• Plan and execute marketing events including trade shows, workshops, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate logistics.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-up strategies before and after events.
• Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis.

2. Social Media Management

• Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Track and report on performance metrics and engagement.
• Manage social media calendar and coordinate with external content creators or agencies.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new formats or ideas.

3. Content Creation Support

• Assist in copywriting for digital posts, newsletters, and website updates.
• Work closely with the design team or agency on visuals that align with the brand.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) are a plus.
