Requirements

  • 0-3 years in brand/marketing roles (FMCG/beauty/personal care preferred); regional MY/SG exposure is a plus.
  • Proven hands-on experience running digital campaigns (Meta/TikTok/Google) and working with creators.
  • Comfortable with eCommerce tools (Shopify or marketplaces), GA4, Meta/TikTok Ads Manager, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Strong project management: can brief clearly, manage timelines, and ship work fast with high quality.
  • Clear communicator in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage for vendor/retail coordination.
  • Passion for sustainability and product craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
  • Campaigns & Content
-Own the marketing calendar for MY & SG (new launches, promos, retail events, key dates).
-Execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google; coordinate performance with internal/agency teams.
-Manage social channels: briefing, content scheduling, community replies, and UGC/creator collaborations.
-Lead influencer/KOL programs: shortlist, negotiate, brief, track deliverables and ROI.
-Build basic assets (briefs, copy, landing page outlines) and QA creative for brand consistency.
  • Retail & eCommerce Activation
-Coordinate with distributors/retailers on in-store visibility (planograms, testers, POSM, staff training).
-Execute eCommerce campaigns on Shopify, Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop (bundles, vouchers, PDP improvements).
-Plan pop-ups/booths/PR events; manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-ground execution.
  • Performance & Operations
-Track weekly performance dashboards (traffic, CR, CAC/ROAS, sell-in & sell-out). Turn insights into actions.
-Manage the marketing budget; raise POs, reconcile spend, and optimize cost per result.
-Coordinate with supply chain for launch readiness: forecasts, packaging timelines, and promo packs.
-Maintain competitor and category trackers (pricing, claims, media, shelf presence) for fast response.
  • Success Metrics (KPIs)
-Campaign ROAS / CAC targets met or improved QoQ.
-Sales uplift during key campaigns; on-time, in-full (OTIF) launch execution.
-Growth in brand awareness & engagement (reach, ER, SOV) in MY & SG.
-Retail execution scorecards (availability, visibility, share of shelf).
-Creator program ROI (cost per content piece, EMV vs spend).
