Job Description

The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and boost customer engagement. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and handling both digital and offline marketing initiatives to meet brand objectives and KPIs.

Campaign Execution


Assist in planning and running campaigns across social media, email, events, and print.

Content Creation


Create content for social media, including visuals, videos, and copy, ensuring brand consistency.

Social Media & Digital Marketing


Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement and performance.

Marketing Materials


Ensure marketing collaterals align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Copywriting


Write and edit content for various marketing channels including emails, blogs, and brochures.

Market Research


Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitors.

Event Support


Assist in planning and executing events, liaising with vendors and internal teams.

Customer Engagement


Implement strategies to retain customers and gather feedback for improvements.

Continuous Learning


Stay updated on marketing trends and attend relevant trainings to enhance skills.

Job Requirement



? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

? Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools.

? Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation are an advantage.

? Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
