Job Description

Overall Job Function:

The Marketing Executive will support the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and contribute to increased customer engagement. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and working on digital and offline strategies to promote brand objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS, EXECUTIVE



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Marketing Support

Manage and maintain Sekolah Tinta's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, YouTube, etc).

Create engaging content and visuals for social media postings. Plan and schedule regular posts aligned with the school calendar, themes, and
campaigns.

Monitor engagement, respond to messages or comments, and prepare monthly
social media reports.

Assist in managing Meta Business Suite for Sekolah Tinta. Prepare and run paid advertisements for key campaigns (e.g., Open Day promotions,
enrolment periods etc).

Act as the school's photographer and videographer to produce content for social
media.

Regularly capture and document school activities including internal and external
events.

Attend all school events and provide live updates via Instagram and Facebook
stories.

Update and maintain Sekolah Tinta's websites with news, events, visuals and
registration information.

2. Marketing Groundwork

Assist in marketing tasks assigned by the team leader, ensuring consistent brand
communication and timely execution.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends. Gather and analyze data to support strategic marketing plans. Assist in maintaining marketing databases, including leads, enquiries, and event
registrants.

3. Event Management

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and school events. Provide on-ground support during school and external events to ensure smooth
execution.

4. Other Related Tasks

Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the school or headquarters, including ad
hoc projects, event support, and miscellaneous duties that contribute to the smooth

execution of marketing initiatives.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) to create
engaging content, copywriting, and communication materials.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to adhere to branding guidelines. Creative and innovative, with the ability to prepare engaging social media content. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and social media
platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player, proactive and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and during weekends when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or social media
management is an advantage.

Basic design skills using tools like Canva, etc. Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
