Job Summary



We are seeking an energetic and organized Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities, events, and pharmacy roadshows. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and support sales performance in retail pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Support



Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and product launch activities. Create and coordinate marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, and POSMs. Support customer engagement initiatives and in-store visibility programs. Maintain brand alignment across all materials and marketing touchpoints.

Event & Trade Marketing



Plan, organize, and execute events, pharmacy roadshows, and product sampling activities. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate marketing support at pharmacy outlets. Manage logistics, setup, and manpower for events, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency. Source and liaise with event vendors, promoters, and agencies. Track event results and prepare post-event reports to evaluate effectiveness. Maintain a 3-month rolling event activation calendar aligned to launches and sales priorities.

UGC Creator Partnerships (Social Platforms)



Identify, vet, and onboard TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts UGC creators aligned with our brand and pharmacy audience; maintain a creator roster. Draft clear briefs, provide product training, and align on event/roadshow amplification.

Market Insights & Coordination



Conduct market visits to gather insights on pharmacy display, competitor activities, and consumer feedback. Support product training sessions and marketing briefings for sales and promoter teams. Work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and stock for events.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years in events/trade marketing (FMCG, pharma, or health supplements preferred). Strong coordination and budget management skills. Excellent communication; proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Comfortable with nationwide travel and weekend/PH activations (time-off in lieu). Valid driving licence & own transport. Basic design/asset handling (e.g., Canva) and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
