Execute development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and visibility. Drive innovative, data-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and referral growth. Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on budget. Leverage analytics and social listening tools to evaluate audience behavior, campaign performance, and optimize engagement strategies. Assess marketing initiatives based on KPIs such as web traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and contribution to sales outcomes. Oversee creation of high-quality advertising, promotional, social media, and digital content across platforms. Execute research on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. Maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, media partners, influencers, and agencies to drive seamless marketing execution. Collaborate across departments to support company-wide initiatives and align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Job Specifications

Basic Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

Experience : 2-5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication roles. Experience executing marketing campaigns and managing digital content is preferred.

Skills :
1. Skilled in basic data analytics and social listening for performance insights

2. Strong communication; able to coordinate with teams, media, and agencies.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
