  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administrative / Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field. Fresh Graduate is acceptable.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, Excel
  • Ability to converse bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Working Location : Seksyen 33, Shah Alam
Tanggungjawab
  • Proven experience in in-door sales; experience as a sales admin executive or in other similar
  • administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Well-organized and responsible with an problem-solving attitude,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordinate sales and production team by managing schedules to meet lead time
  • Maintaining sales reports for management review
  • Simple data key in to accounting system.
  • Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Managing stock level to meet customer purchase order and place order promptly to avoid
  • delay in lead time.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and coordinate with technical support team for
  • after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • To assist in any other task assigned by superior.
