Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. \xc2\xb7 To prepare monthly report i.e. monthly marketing activities, customer survey report, customer membership and others. \xc2\xb7 Prepare content writing and managing the corporate social media pages, websites and drive digital & social media campaigns to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty. \xc2\xb7 Handling ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time. \xc2\xb7 Maintain & response to customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiry on social media. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Mass communication, Marketing or its equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in Pet Industries, familiar with all kind of pet related products. \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistic methods. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with social media and web analytics. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in English, Malay, & Mandarin. \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport.
