Job description - Work closely across functions to drive Offline and Online Marketing initiatives - Initiate and execute offline-online activations to increase awareness and adoption by using digital, print media, ATL/BTL marketing, and other marketing techniques. - Designing, managing, budgeting and evaluating marketing campaigns. - Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. - Create and managing advertising material for digital and print media as well as doing attractive graphic designs. - Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. - Promoting our projects at trade shows and major industry-related events. - Performing market research to find new opportunities - Generating new business leads and new project for online sales - Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial public relations, and production departments. - Building a strong brand image by working with digital and print media partners. - Handling customer services, respond to customer inquiry or feedback via website and WhatsApp, and also build and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers. - Measure and report performance of conventional and digital marketing efforts, as well as assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs). - Undertake other ad-hoc assignments /tasks assigned by the management as and when the needs arise. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Graphic Design or any communications, E-Commerce/Marketing, Business and Public relations or equivalent Possess at least one year working experience in the related field. Required language(s) in both oral and written: English / Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate, strong knowledge on Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in design, at least Canva App. Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work. Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Possibility will be converted to permanent placement.
