Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Campaign analysis and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay informed about emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand and assist customers with product selection, answers questions and suggest various product options that are available.
To assist in event searching, coordination and execution: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, such as industry related trade shows, conferences, and product launches, including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
Content creation and management: Collaborate with the team and create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and sales presentations.
Social media management and community management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating compelling content, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and analysing social media performance metrics.
Digital marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and display advertising, to increase website and social media \xe2\x80\x93 traffic and conversions.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product management, design, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, provide support for product launches, and gather customer insights.
Brand management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining brand guidelines and driving brand awareness.Build up and maintain good contacts with mass media (TV Station, radio station, magazine publisher, newspaper publisher and etc), collaboration partners, and influencers.
Any ad-hoc task required by Management.
What we need :
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
