• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail marketing experience preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG.
• Excellent analytical, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, strategic thinking, attention to details and figures, and able to work under pressure.
• A good team player with the ability to perform multi-tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce advertising and collateral material as directed by the superior
• Coordinate with retailers, suppliers, and other partners on special promotions and joint promotions and keep track of the responses to these activities
• Develop and coordinate all marketing-related programs and events
• Coordinate with retails and internal parties on promotion execution for each door
• Develop marketing communication including print ads, DM posters, etc. for promotion activities
• Analyze promotion activities\' effectiveness
• Work with the brand team and sales team to ensure all promotions and events are on smoothly execution
• Provide market intelligence of trade and competitors\' promotion activities.
