• Develop content to help customers familiarize themselves with Vietnamese cuisine and why they should dine with us

\xef\xbb\xbfEnhance Brand Awareness & Sales

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMonitor industry statistics, follow trends and shop competitors within the market. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase sales, build guest counts and support customer loyalty. This includes physical presence to the stores, and not limited only to administrative roles.
• Assist, collate, and coordinate information needed with production of marketing materials and literature online and offline for aggregators platforms, new store openings and local store marketing
• Assess sponsorships requests and allocate budget to maximise brand visibility and customer acquisition
• Suss out and participate in events that target the right customer base to increase brand awareness and traffic to our outlets
• Implement creative mall signages and enhance conversion at outlet entrance by reviewing POSM and other initiatives to encourage trials
• Support in ideations to develop campaigns to create awareness about new outlet launches
• Regularly engage media and bloggers for features to increase brand awareness
• Develop an effective digital media strategy and content on FB, IG, website, SEO etc and respond to customer messages in a timely fashion
• Develop attractive merchandise mix and enhance sales of merchandise and vouchers

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfReview ways to attract customers to leave their feedback and analyse the information
• Market research & online brand perception

\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfCustomer Database & Loyalty

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfGrow customer database and develop strategies to encourage loyalty and enhance frequency of visit and spending

\xef\xbb\xbfOthers\xef\xbb\xbf

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfWork closely with Operations to identify challenges in bringing sales and the root cause of the problem; to propose action plan to the management; and execute the mitigation action approved
• Ensure POSM and other marketing paraphernalia e.g. store cards, name cards, posters, order chits, general flyers, visuals for LED, table standees etc are updated and in stock
• Prepare memos for all campaigns and ensure all brand and sales initiatives are properly communicated with operations and finance
• Analyse the return on investment of campaigns to assess their effectiveness and prepare monthly Marketing & Sales Reports
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Marketing Communications / Advertising or any equivalent certification
• Candidates having experience in F&B/consumer retail products or working in the similar field will have an added advantage
• Possess project management, strong organizational, time-management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous, creative, and innovative
• Proactive, flexible and hungry to learn and grow professionally
• Willing to travel and possess own transport

Remuneration

RM 3,000.00 - RM 3,500.00
