Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledge of marketing and sensitivity to buyer and investor market.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) will be an added advantage.
Team player with a pleasant personality and able to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, attention to details, and ability to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
To handle the marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns of the company\'s activities.
Liaison with creative and other relevant departments and agencies.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of the latest market and/or economic trends and other relevant market information including demand and supply analysis.
To involve in the development of the concept and artwork of all Advertising & Promotion tools such as website or project site\'s theme, printed materials (brochure and press ad) and etc.
To handle marketing collateral design like brochures, leaflets and etc. for sales staff sales.
To organise and participate in any sales event, project launching, Roadshows, exhibitions, and liaise with event organisers/ service providers. On-site duties include ensuring proper set-up and signage, registration coordination, AV testing, speaker management, time management, etc.
Collecting information on external marketing activities like participating in exhibitions, filtering, and analysing the benefit of the particular event.
Executes, debrief, and follows every event to collect feedback, ideas for improvement, and goals for future events.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and communications.
Contribute to the development and implementation of brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation
Ensure all marketing materials are up to date, on-brand, and effectively convey the company\'s value proposition.
Work with team in strategizing overall direction of A&P plan for assigned exhibition projects
(a) Planning, executing the campaigns and preparing the report.
(b) Maintain relationship with KOL, portal and media
(c) Develop marketing strategies to meet marketing and business goal
To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by or to the department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.
