Job Summary: Responsible for counselling and providing advice, guidance and information on admissions requirements and related issues to prospective and existing students on courses offered by the University. In addition, they are also responsible for the various marketing activities to promote the courses offered by the University through planning and implementing efficient and effective marketing strategies. To reach out to the market and cultivate customer interest in the University\xe2\x80\x99s products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our growth. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) To communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner. 2) Attending all counselling cases as well as oversea, develop and enhance the counseling services. 3) Attending customer feedback, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards. 4) Participate in product training. 5) Develop marketing strategies such as: a) Plan and prepare list/report of school visits. b) Plan and prepare list/report of education fair and/or exhibition. c) Plan, prepare and liaise with MARCOM on social media campaigns. 6) Maintain potential customer database and prepare reports. 7) Provide adequate support and care to students as well to student recruitment agents. 8) KPI: Recruit student numbers of minimally 5 active students per month.
