Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects aimed at promoting our products/services and enhancing our brand presence. This is an entry-level role that offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Support:

• Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and strategies.
• Help manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing content, including copywriting for social media posts, blogs, website content, and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing basic graphics, visuals, and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Digital Marketing:

• Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
• Assist in optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and target audiences.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, invitations, and promotional materials for events.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Help gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure alignment in messaging and branding efforts.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with marketing trends.
